CHEF. Experienced chef is required for 3 months (negotiable plus or minus) to share the running of our cafe/restaurant in Granity with immediate start. Granity is a little north of Westport right on the beach where there is ample accommodation available . Plenty of outdoor exploring fishing hunting and mountain biking possibilities in a fairly quieter part of the country. Must be self starter who in quieter days is able to cover front of house barista duties and anything else that is required/necessary to have a smooth running operation to a high standard of preparation presentation hygiene and food safety. Must haves. Valid work visa. Get up and go attitude. Work with others. Willingness to add value and step up.
