In this role you will be required for 2 Breakfast shifts and 2 Evening shifts per week. 

Chef responsibilities include:
• Cooking and service of al a carte meals.
• Preparation of produce ready for the next service.
• Assisting Chef in Charge with the running of the kitchen.
• Assisting in the development of new menus and promotion of the restaurant.
• Assisting with cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen.
• Assisting with stock control and the ongoing management of food costs.
• Adhering to all OH&S and safety standards.

Successful applicants must:
• Hold relevant cookery qualifications and previous experience in a similar role.
• Be flexible to work different shifts including weekends.
